ACCESS TO FULL TEXT JOURNAL ARTICLES:

You cannot  search LEO for journal "articles"  but you can search  LEO to find out whether the library subscribes to a journal  by searching the Periodical Locator.  This search will provide you with complete holdings information for journal titles. (See Language learning as an example).  If the journal is electronic, LEO will provide a link to it.  Coverage for electronic journals usually is limited to the last couple of years. 

Use the  Research Databases   for conducting a literature review search. Direct access to full text articles may be available from these databases, depending on the database you use. If full text access is not available from the research database, search for the journal title in the Periodical Locator.
