The Rhythm of Learning video provides an introduction to music integration in the classroom, using the Boston Music Education Collaborative (BMEC) as a model. The BMEC was formed when the Boston Public Schools, Boston Symphony Orchestra, New England Conservatory of Music and WGBH Educational Foundation joined together to advocate for music education. The Rhythm of Learning looks at how two Boston Public Schools are integrating music into the curriculum with the help of BMEC. The program also shows how classroom teachers can collaborate with music specialists.
