Library Delivery

Books and Media Delivery

Any registered borrower may request that circulating books and media be delivered to another library location for check out. Deliveries will be made twice a day, Monday through Friday, to and from the following locations: Carrier Library, Music Library, East Campus Library, and Memorial Hall - ETMC. There are no deliveries on the weekend or when the University is closed. To schedule a DVD/Video for classroom use, click here.

JMU Faculty, Staff, and Doctoral students may also request items be delivered to their departmental mailbox. Doctoral students must verify that they have listed their departmental mailbox as their local address on E-campus. There is no mail delivery on the weekend or when the University is closed.

Request items for delivery through LEO Library Catalog. After logging into MyLEO, choose . After locating the item in the catalog, click on the link. Once the request is successful you will choose your pickup location or choose to have it mailed to your departmental mailbox (JMU Faculty, Staff, and Doctoral students).

Article Delivery

Faculty, Staff, and Students may request copies of journal articles and book chapters from any print or microform title held by JMU Libraries. Articles will be delivered electronically whenever possible. Most deliveries are processed within 24-48 hours. There are no deliveries on the weekend or when the University is closed. There is no charge for electronically delivered articles.
