"A database of the names and associated basic bibliographical details of all seed plants." The data is derived from 3 sources: Index Kewensis (IK), the Gray Card index (GCI), and the Australian Plant Names Index (APNI).

Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR)
Major resource for research on Arabidopsis thaliana, a widely used model plant. Includes sections on tools and data as well as the Arabidopsis Genome Initiative and the Arabidopsis thaliana Database (AtDB).
 
Plant Genomic & Data Information Center (US National Agriculture Library)
Links of information services and publications covering many aspects of plant genome mapping. Includes a tutorial on searching databases for plant genome information.
 
The TIGR Arabidopsis thaliana Database (Institute of Genomic Research)
Reports the analysis of the genomic sequence of Arabidopsis. Searchable by gene name, clone, and locus. Includes RNA gene table and sequencing group charts.
