Free-access pharmaceutical information is hard to find on the Internet; however, the following will provide some help in this area:

  Search for prescription or over-the-counter drugs
  
• Mosby's genRx (continues Physician's genRx)

• PharmGKB:  Pharmacogenetic database:  explores relationships among drugs, diseases and genes
• RxList: The Internet Drug Index
  
• MayoClinic.com:  Drugs and Supplements
• TOXNET: Toxicology Data Network (thru PubMED)
   A set of databases on toxicology, hazardous chemicals and related topics; includes access to the TOXLINE database.
• Martindale's Pharmacy Center
  Online access to specialized multimedia resources incl. tutorials, databases, etc.
