Second deadline for book, media and other one-time purchases (90% expended). |

| February or March, 2008 (exact date to be announced after allotments made) |
Final deadline for book, media and other one-time purchases. (100% expended). Orders submitted after this date will be processed after July 1st (beginning of new fiscal year). |
