  • Use this form for:
    • pre-1975 journals
    • abstracts/indexes/books with location storage 1 or 2
  • All requests must be made no later than 15 minutes before the hour in order to be picked up by 15 minutes past the hour.
  • All items must be picked up at Circulation Services, Carrier Library, within 48 hours of request time.
  • No retrieval of items after 9:00 PM Monday - Thursday or after 4:00 PM Friday - Sunday.
  • No phone requests accepted.
