Some documents are available on an Islamic theme by itself, e.g. the Smithsonian Institution has published books on Islamic art.

A separate handout is also available on how to use the several Government Document indexes in Carrier Library.

Published by the CIA this service translates reports, speeches, etc. from throughout the non-English speaking world. A FBIS-CD index is available at the Reference Desk.  Coverage is 1991- .
