I'm having trouble viewing an online file on reserve for my class. Help?|
Our e-reserves are in PDF format which requires that you have Adobe Reader installed. We recommend that you install the most recent version. You can get a copy of this free software, and update old versions, at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Notice from September 5, 2008: If you are using Firefox 3, you may run into a problem viewing PDFs within your browser. You can switch to a different browser like Internet Explorer or make the following changes within Firefox 3 to bypass the problem:
- Go to Tools
- Go to Options
- Go to Applications.
- Under the listing for applications for Adobe applications, change "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)" to "Use Adobe Acrobat 9 (default)".
