Can you tell me more about the NIH Public Access Policy?
The NIH Public Access Policy ensures that the public has access to the published results of NIH-funded research. It ensures that these manuscripts are made publically available within 12 months after publication. Electronic copies are deposited in NIH's digital archive, PubMed Central (PMC). This policy applies to all peer-reviewed manuscripts resulting from research fully (or partially) funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Learn more on our NIH Public Access Policy page.
