Does the library help pay submission fees to Open Access journals?

The JMU Libraries frequently receive questions on whether or not we have funding or publisher membership discounts available to subsidize submission fees for article publications in Open Access journals. Unfortunately, the Libraries do not receive funding to assist with these submission fees nor do we receive any memberships which provide discounts on authorship fees at this time.
