How do I use a list from a previous semester?

  • To "Reactivate" a reserve list from a previous semester you use the main online reserve form...(You'll have to log in using your JMU eID and password)
  • Fill out the "Course Information" section with the information for the class you are currently teaching.
  • Then check the "Reactivate previous semester's reserve list from _____ (e.g. fall 2008)"
  • This automatically changes the item lines below to "Additional Requests" where you will put new items to add the previous list and
  • it automatically creates a box where you can "Delete the following items from my previous reserve list"
  • Or contact the Music Library Reserves Coordinator at
