Can I modify my ILL Delivery request, and if so, where?

Yes! If you submit a request for a library delivery item and suddenly realize that some of the information is incorrect (perhaps you switched the author's first and last names, for example), email the Interlibrary Loan office at interlib@jmu.edu. In the email, reference your transaction number (you can find it by logging into Interlibrary Loan and looking at your account), and alert them to the error. They'll appreciate it.
