Can I request notary services at the library?
Yes! Susan Thomas in Carrier Library and Rita McCandless in ECL are notaries public for Virginia. For more information, please contact:
Documents will not be notarized without one of the proper forms of identification. Bring with you one of the following forms of ID:
- Virginia driver's license or other state driver's license
- Virginia identification card or other state identification card
- U.S. passport
- Unexpired foreign passport
- U.S. military ID card
- Alien registration card with photo
- Certificate of U.S. citizenship
- Certificate of naturalization
