When logging into My LEO, what does "Sorry, your code is not unique" mean?

If you see this error message, it means that  My LEO automatically created two accounts for you, most likely because you were both a student and an employee at some time.

You should still be able to login to My LEO on the right side of the login screen, using your name, complete JAC number, and a pin (which will be the last 4 digits of your social security number unless you have changed it).

Please contact the Carrier Circulation Desk to report the error and they will delete the extra record. After that fix, you will be able to access My LEO with either login option.

Carrier Circulation Desk Phone: 540-568-6150
Carrier Circulation Desk Email: library-circulation@jmu.edu
