The Access Services Manager (ASM) is responsible for overseeing the policy and planning aspects of Access Services for JMU's Libraries. The ASM is responsible for integrating Access Services by working with other managers and departments to ensure user-centered services including circulation, delivery and e-reserves within an integrated library system framework.  The ASM chairs the Access Services Committee, which includes members from Carrier and Rose Libraries, Media Resources, the Music Library and the Educational Technology and Media Center. The ASM maintains and reports records and statistics related to Access Services.
