This position will support the JMU Library's collection of over 350 online subscription research databases (see http://www.lib.jmu.edu/resources/) and provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff. Research databases include online subscriptions to web sites that provide materials like books, newspapers, encyclopedias, videos, and entirely new forms of information. The faculty and students of JMU depend on these resources for class assignments, teaching, and research.
