Loan Policy:

• All equipment items are picked up and returned to the media center service desk only.

• All reservations for equipment should be made at least 3 days in advance. Contact 568-6803 with your request.

• Equipment inventory not already reserved can be checked out upon request at the media center.

• The standard loan period for all eligible barrowers is 3 days. Longer loan periods can be arranged with administrative staff by phone or in person.

• Overdue fines for student borrowers are currently $5.00 per day for each equipment item checked out seperately. The borrower is responsible for returning all equipment in good working order.  There is a $10.00 fee for each missing or damaged accessory item (e.g. cables, adaptors, etc.).

Equipment is available for walk-in checkout or you may reserve equipment with a minimum of 3 days advance notice. Click on the item to check availability and link to additional information such as supplied accessories.
