Loan Policy:

All equipment items are picked up and returned to the media center service desk only.

All reservations for equipment should be made at least 3 days in advance. Contact 568-6803 with your request.

Equipment inventory not already reserved can be checked out upon request at the media center.

The standard loan period for all eligible borrowers is 3 days. Longer loan periods can be arranged with administrative staff by phone or in person.

Overdue fines for student borrowers are currently $5.00 per day for each equipment item checked out seperately (doctoral students excluded). The borrower is responsible for returning all equipment in good working order. There is a $5.00 fee for each missing or damaged accessory item (e.g. cables, adaptors, etc.). Some parts and accessories may also incur a replacemtent fee.
Equipment is available for walk-in checkout or you may call ahead to reserve equipment with a minimum of 3 days advance notice. Click on the item to check availability and link to additional information such as supplied accessories.
