THREE WAYS TO CHECK OUT EQUIPMENT
1. Walk-in checkout.2. Call ahead to request a reservation. (Debbie Pugh at 540-568-6803)
3. Make your request by completing an online Reservation Request Form.

Microphones - Shotgun, Wireless, and USB
Microphone Stands (floor and desk models)
All equipment items are picked up and returned to the media center service desk only.
All reservations for equipment should be made at least 3 days in advance. Contact 568-6803 or complete the online request form.
Equipment that isn't already reserved can be checked out over the counter at the media center.
The standard loan period for all eligible borrowers is 3 days. Longer loan periods can be arranged with administrative staff by phone, in perso, or by the online reservation request form.
Equipment is available for JMU academic use only. If you need equipment for other purposes, please contact the Events Office or a local rental source.
Overdue fines for student borrowers are currently $5.00 per day for each equipment item checked out separately (doctoral students excluded). The borrower is responsible for returning all equipment in good working order. There is a $5.00 fee for each missing or damaged accessory item (e.g. cables, adaptors, etc.). Some parts and accessories may also incur a replacement fee.
