Music Library Faculty Services

Request library orders online

You may now send order requests to the Music Library using our online electronic order form, which also allows you to track your orders in LEO.
How it works...
Complete the form (be certain all required fields are filled) and click "submit".  A page will appear which will confirm that your order has been successfully submitted, and will also provide instructions on how to track the order in LEO.   Additionally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, which will include your request information... that way you can save your request information for future tracking.

Music Library Reserves

Word Form - pdf Form - Copyright Guidelines

The Music Library provides a Course Reserve service to support graduate and undergraduate classes. Faculty may place high demand or specialized materials on reserve with restricted loan periods.  Reserve materials may include library owned articles, books, video and sound recordings and personal copies of material.  Access to reserve materials is open to current JMU faculty, students, and staff.  All sound recording reserves for undergraduate courses are digitized.

Books and Media Delivery

You can request that books and media be delivered from one library location to another.  This service is available to all library users, to and from the following libraries: Carrier Library, Music Library, CISAT Library, and the Educational Technology Media Center in Memorial Hall.
