About the journal:

The Journal of Web Librarianship is an international, peer-reviewed journal published quarterly by Taylor and Francis, Inc. Information about subscriptions may be found on the Taylor and Francis Web site.

The Journal of Web Librarianship focuses on all aspects of librarianship as practiced on the World Wide Web and mobile devices, including both existing and emerging roles and activities of information professionals. The journal strives to find a balance between original, scholarly research and practical communications on relevant topics in Web librarianship. Web services and systems librarians are encouraged to contribute, as are librarians working in public services, technical services, special collections, archives, and administration. 


About the editors



Hannah Gascho Rempel, Editor.

Hannah is associate professor and science librarian and graduate student services coordinator at Oregon State University. She has published articles in such journals as portal: Libraries and the Academy, College & Research Libraries, Reference Services Review, and Code4Lib. Her research interests include mobile library site design and usability, library tutorial design, and graduate student research processes and service needs. She is a member of the American Library Association (ALA), the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), and the Oregon Library Association. She holds a master of library and information science from the University of Washington and a master of science in horticulture from Oregon State University.


Jane D. Monson, Review Editor.

Jane is digital initiatives librarian at the University of Northern Colorado. She received a master of arts in library and information science from the University of Iowa. Her edited volume, Jump-Start Your Career as a Digital Librarian: A LITA Guide was published by ALA TechSource in 2013. She has also written for publications such as Computers in Libraries and The Journal of Electronic Resources Librarianship.
