Gateway that allows users to simultaneously search for journal articles in the National Library of Medicine's information resources and databases. The current Gateway searches MEDLINE/PubMed (journal citations 1966-present), OLDMEDLINE (journal citations 1958-1965), LOCATORplus (catalog records for books, serials, audiovisual materials), AIDS Meetings, HSR Meetings (meeting abstracts on Health Services Research), HSRProj (Health Services Research Projects in Progress), MEDLINEplus (information on health topics and generic and brand name drugs) and DIRLINE (directory of health organizations). One target audience is the user who is new to NLM's online resources, including physicians and health care providers, researchers, librarians, students, and patients.
