arXiv is a full-text electronic archive and distribution server for theoretical and applied scientific research papers in the fields of physics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance and statistics. This pre-print database provides open access to over 370,000 e-prints on topics including condensed matter, atomic, high energy physics, mathematics and related physical sciences subject areas.
Note: arXiv is not a journal, it is a repository of papers that have usually been submitted to, but not yet printed in, a journal. Use and cite articles contained therein appropriately.

ArXiview mobile app for iPhone allows you to search the arXiv by date, author, title, full text, with and without restrictions to specific categories of the arXiv.  You may also save pre-prints and email pre-print information.
