Lord Fairfax Community College is one of 23 colleges in the Virginia Community College System. It functions within the educational community to assure that all individuals in Clarke, Fauquier, Frederick, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, and Warren Counties and the city of Winchester are given a continuing opportunity for the development and extension of their skills and knowledge through quality programs and services that are financially and geographically accessible. Occupational-technical, transfer education, developmental studies, continuing education, and community services are the primary avenues through which the mission is fulfilled.
