PsycINFO contains more than 2.9 million citations and summaries of journal articles, book chapters, books, dissertations and technical reports within the field of Psychology from as far back as the 1600s. Journal coverage, spanning from the 1800s to date, includes international material selected from 2,450 periodicals in 29 languages. This database also includes information about the psychological aspects of related disciplines such as medicine, psychiatry, sociology, linguistics, anthropology, education, law, physiology, business, nursing, and pharmacology.
