JMU Libraries seeks three proactive, innovative, and collaborative Instructional Designers to join our team:

These new positions will expand our team of instructional designers who consult and collaborate on the design and development of courses, curriculum initiatives, assignments, and course-related content in online, hybrid, and in-person learning modalities within a dynamic library and educational technology organization!

Our instructional designers consult as point-of-contact with colleges and collaborate closely with librarian liaisons to support multi-disciplinary efforts across departments to continually improve the consistency of curriculum that meets quality standards in respective disciplinary areas.

Application review will begin on August 12, 2022 for all three positions.

Information about these positions is included below. We welcome applications to both position types if eligible and interested.
