About me

I work with and support Libraries communications, organizational development, philanthropy, and research and assessment activities. I also provide leadership for Libraries strategic planning, annual reporting, and program review activities. I joined JMU Libraries in May 2018 as Director of Planning and Assessment before starting as Assistant Dean in May 2020.  Prior to working at Libraries I taught in the School of Communication Studies at JMU and worked as a consultant for Gallup, Inc. I teach Leadership Communication as an adjunct in the School of Communication Studies, serve as a First Year Advisor to Communication Sciences and Disorders students, and provide consulting services (strategic planning, organizational strategy and development, public speaking).
