Responsibilities:
Grace leads the Digital Collections department, which digitizes, describes, and preserves unique materials held by Libraries & Educational Technologies; manages the repositories in which that digital content resides; and ensures optimal patron access to digital collections. She also oversees the creation of digital exhibits and works with library colleagues to respond to the changing paradigm of scholarly communication.

General Info:
Grace has been working with digitization and cataloging at JMU in various capacities since 2009, and previously directed the Visual Resources Center in the School of Art, Design & Art History. She has extensive experience managing the Madison Digital Image Database and digitizing 35mm slides. Her research interests include digital exhibitions and the evolving nature of digital scholarship.
