Gratitude for the Labor Powering the Move Out of Carrier

You may have noticed that we recently moved many books from Carrier to Rose, and now our staff are moving to new offices.

We want to give a massive shout-out to the JMU Movers and all the JMU Libraries faculty and staff working so hard to prepare Carrier Library for construction, which will start this summer. Many thanks!!

Our folks are managing countless spreadsheets and moving boxes to power this massive undertaking—all in support of a beautiful, bright, new library, which we can’t wait to share with you in 2026!
