Equipment Loans

Faculty, staff, and students can check out a range of audio/visual and computing equipment, accessories, and peripherals. All equipment is available free-of-charge for both academic and personal use.

Checking Out Equipment

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check it out in Rose Library at the Learning Innovations & Design Desk on the first floor. You should return equipment to this desk as well. Walk-ins or prior reservations are both welcome.

Student Laptop Loans

For one-month laptop loans laptops are available on a first-come, first-served basis from the Learning Innovations & Design Desk in Rose Library. Although student laptops cannot be reserved ahead of time, students can submit our Equipment Reservation Request to inquire if any laptops are available before visiting in person, if desired. If all laptops are checked out, we recommend using one of the computer labs across campus. For more information and policies, please see our Laptop Loans page.
