Printing & Scanning in the Libraries

Printing

Printing is available in all JMU Libraries locations. See additional campus locations to print at JMU.

In the Libraries, you can print from the workstations available or from a personal laptop. For help printing printing from your laptop, visit the Wireless Printing page from JMU Information Technology.

The default setting for the printers is duplex (double-sided) printing. Black & white prints cost $0.05 each or $0.08 per sheet for double-sided prints. Color prints (where available) cost $0.40 each or $0.78 per sheet for double-sided prints.

For help printing from computers in the library, visit this FAQ or ask at a service desk in the library.

3D Printing

JMU Libraries provides 3D printing at the Makery in Rose Library and supports the 3Space 3D printing classroom, temporarily housed in Lakeview Hall until the Carrier Library renovation project is completed.
