Feeling stressed?  You are not alone.  According to an AP survey, 1 out of 4 college students experienced chronic stress that can lead to heart disease and type 2 diabetes among other health problems.  If you are looking for a way to deal with stress, check out the new book displays at Rose and Carrier Libraries. They feature books that approach mindful living in a variety of ways.  If you want to learn more, consider joining some of our free programs for the campus community.
