JMU Libraries Redesigns Its Website

The JMU Libraries website (www.lib.jmu.edu) just received its first major redesign in four years.  The redesigned website introduces a new site navigation with pathways to all of the resources, services, and support offered by JMU Libraries.  The redesign project reduced the overall number of web pages and minimized the use of departmental labels on the website to make it easier for users to quickly find what they are looking for.

The redesigned website is the result of a multi-year process that was informed by data collected through faculty and student focus groups, surveys, usability testing, and website analytics.
