About me
I serve as an Employee Resources and Organizational Learning Specialist with JMU Libraries. I am responsible for supporting personnel processes, employee development, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and organizational learning initiatives. My goal is to help create a positive employee experience while serving as a resource for Libraries employees and supervisors.
About Finance and Employee Resources Department
We are responsible for general finances and employee resources within the Libraries, including support for employee learning and growth.
About Libraries Administration Unit
We support and challenge JMU Libraries’ staff and faculty to live up to our guiding statements — as we work together to provide excellent library and educational technology resources, spaces, services, and expertise to our campus community. Libraries’ Administration includes Communications and Outreach, Facilities Operations, Finance and Employee Resources, and the office of the Dean.
