Yes, your Google search results are biased. Here’s why.

We use Google every day, but do we really understand why we get certain results? Check out our new asynchronous tutorial, titled “What’s Behind a Web Search? Bias and Algorithms” to learn what an algorithm is, how search engines use them, and how bias affects our search results. Students enrolled in HTH 100 can get Passport Event credit for completing the tutorial.
