The Carrier Renovation & Expansion Website Wins an Award

The Blue Ridge Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) has given JMU Libraries a Summit Award for the Carrier Renovation and Expansion website! JMU Libraries was selected as the “gold” winner—the highest level—in the “Website” category.

The award recognizes “outstanding public relations efforts” between Fall 2021 and Fall 2022. Entries were assessed based on the planning, implementation, evaluation and research required for the effort. The competition was decided by a panel of judges from the Central California chapter of PRSA.

Kristen Shuyler wrote the award application and traveled to Roanoke in February to accept the award on behalf of everyone who is working on the website.
