Grants of $4,000-$50,000 for Switching to Open Course Materials

Are you concerned about the high cost of textbooks for your students? Open or no-cost materials offer an alternative to traditional textbooks and allow instructors to customize, save, and share course materials for free.

Apply by March 6, 2023 for a grant of $4,000-$50,000. These grants are is designed to empower you with the resources and time you need to redesign or update a course to use open, library, or no-cost resources.

Full-time or part-time faculty may apply. Award notification will occur by May 19, 2023. Selected participants will be required to participate in a grant kick-off workshop on July 20 and July 21, 2023.
