Head of Access & Delivery
I’ve been with JMU Libraries since 2007 and have held managerial roles across several areas with the common themes of stewarding resources and providing customer service. As Head of Access & Delivery I oversee a team that supports Delivery Services, Stacks Maintenance, as well as circulation and patron related aspects of our Library Services Platform.

About Access & Delivery
Access & Delivery helps JMU Patrons and other Library departments by delivering materials between locations, through campus mail for faculty, and maintaining the condition of our “stacks” through routine shelving, tidying up, and projects such as relocating collections. We also help with patron accounts, fines, and the software used to place requests online and manage check outs at our desks. We are responsible for collections, metadata, and technology. Units include Technology, Scholarly Resources and Discovery, Interlibrary Loan and Course Reserves, Access and Delivery, and Metadata Strategies.
