About me

As the Learning Innovation and Design services Coordinator, I serve to coordinate and supervise Learning Innovations & Design (LID) service point and ensure standardized services for educational technology support and LID instruction within JMU Libraries. I Lead and supervise a team of student employees to support the LID service point. Additionally, I ensure that student employees are trained and shifts are covered.
