Summer Hours in the Libraries

The Libraries’ hours for the summer are now posted on our Hours page.
The Rose Library 24/7 Space is available all summer for anyone with a JACard (entrance pictured).
The rest of our locations have adjusted summer hours as we prepare to reopen Carrier Library on August 3.
Rose Library
Summer Hours: May 18 – June 18
- Mon – Thurs: 8am – 5pm
- Fri: 8am – 12pm
- Sat – Sun: Closed
- Exception: All of our facilities and services will be closed May 25
Mid Summer: June 19 – July 5
Late Summer: July 6 – August 16
- Mon – Thurs: 8am – 5pm
- Fri: 8am – 12pm
- Sat – Sun: Closed
- Exception: All of our facilities and services will be closed August 13-14
Carrier Library
After Carrier Library reopens on August 3, its hours will match Rose Library.
JMU Libraries Express
Our Express location at 1050 S. Main Street will close permanently on May 14.
Music Library and ETMC
