Summer 2026 Equipment Loans Changes

Now through June 18: Check out cameras, microphones, and other equipment at the Learning Innovations & Design Desk in Rose Library.
June 19 through August 2: The service will be temporarily closed. You may keep checked-out equipment during this time.
July 6 through 31: You may return checked-out equipment to the Ask the Library desk in Rose Library.
Starting August 3: All equipment loan services will resume in Carrier Library, where you will be able to check out and return equipment at the new Learning Innovations & Design Desk.

Faculty, staff, and students can check out a range of audio/visual and computing equipment, accessories, and peripherals. All equipment is available free-of-charge for both academic and personal use.

Checking Out Equipment

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check it out in Rose Library at the Learning Innovations & Design Desk on the first floor. You should return equipment to this desk as well; if the desk is closed, you can return items at the Rose Library Ask the Library desk.

Available Equipment

Laptops

Laptops are available on a first-come, first-served basis from the Learning Innovations & Design Desk in Rose Library. If all laptops are checked out, we recommend using one of the computer labs across campus. For more information, please see our Laptop Loans page.
