Celebrate Heritage Months with JMU Libraries

Each year, JMU Libraries compiles a list of resources and events to celebrate each of the following heritage months:

• Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15)
• LGBTQ+ History Month (October)
• Native American Heritage Month (November)
• Black History Month (February)
• Women’s History Month (March)
• National Arab American Heritage Month (April)
• Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month (May, celebrated by the JMU Center for Multicultural Student Services in April)
• Pride Month (June, celebrated by JMU with Dukes Pride Week in April/May)
