JMU Libraries Express Closing May 14; Carrier to Reopen August 3

Our temporary service location, JMU Libraries Express, was created to provide essential services during the Carrier Library renovation. As we work to move back into Carrier for its August 3 reopening, the Express location is closing permanently.
Here’s what you need to know:
- JMU Libraries Express will close permanently on May 14.
- The book drop near Express is closing on May 14: Please return books to our 24/7 book drop near Rose Library — or in any library location that is open.
- Technology and equipment are moving: For questions about accessing the technology and equipment previously housed at Express, please contact Ask the Library.
- Carrier Library will reopen on August 3.
