Printed Copies

Printed copies are available in the Administration Suite on the 2nd floor of Moody Hall. Contact Kimberly Gillette with questions about thank-you cards and printed letterhead.

Here is a link to download the digital version of JMU Libraries letterhead.

Printing Tip

If you need to print the letterhead on a home or office printer, try it out on scrap paper first to be sure the footer is not outside the printable area. You may need to select “fit to printable area” in your print settings, or double click the footer in Microsoft Word to raise it higher.

Note

JMU University Communications & Marketing requires that all JMU colleges use the same design for official letterhead, including the Libraries.
